RULES AND REGULATIONS

Eligibility

• Open to all contractors who install Cambridge Pavers
• Participants must be at least 18 years old
• Must be an exclusive Cambridge Pavers project

Submission Guidelines

• Contest opens for submissions on April 1, 2026.
• All photographs must be of a Cambridge Pavers project installed in 2026
• Photos should not contain any third-party content or infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy.
• Each participant may submit up to three projects.
• Submissions must be made through the official contest website or designated submission platform.

Photo Specifications

• Digital submissions should be in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
• The maximum file size for each submission should not exceed 5MB.
• Minor adjustments such as cropping and color correction are permitted; however, excessive manipulation that alters the original image is prohibited.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:

1. Creativity: Originality and artistic expression in capturing the project
2. Technical Quality: Clarity, composition, and overall technical execution of the photograph.

Prizes Winners will receive:

• First Place: $3000 cash prize + feature on our social media platforms
• Second Place: $2000 cash prize + feature on our social media platforms
• Third Place: $1000 cash prize + feature on our social media platforms

Deadline for Entries

All entries must be submitted by midnight EST on August 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via email within two weeks after the contest closes. An announcement will also be made on our official website and social media channels.

Rights and Usage

By entering the contest, participants grant Cambridge Pavers Inc. a non-exclusive license to use submitted photographs for promotional purposes. Copyright remains with the photographer.

Disqualification

Entries that do not comply with these rules may be disqualified at the discretion of the judging panel. This includes but is not limited to:

• Failure to meet eligibility requirements
• Submission of altered images beyond acceptable limits
• Incomplete entry forms
