Thank you for choosing Cambridge products. In order to expedite your request regarding your product concern, you must fill out this short questionnaire. Cambridge's only outlet to the market is via our distribution network, all questions and concerns must be communicated to the contractor who installed the project first, and second, through the distributor where the product was purchased. We ask that you, our valued customer, follow this procedure to ensure all parties involved in your project are aware of your question or concerns and to make certain that all parties work to provide you with a timely response.

If your concern is regarding the white haze that has appeared on your concrete pavers or wallstones, we hope the following will assure you that your pavingstones are fine.

Efflorescence is completely natural and will disappear with time. There's no reason to be concerned that your pavers are damaged or defective. The concrete pavers are experiencing a natural process. It is a condition in all cement based products, as well as in many other paving products. The condition will correct itself with time and exposure to the elements. See below for more information:
