Our Certified Plants The Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) certifies our manufacturing plants annually. Through outreach and education programs, the Institute - formed in 1993 by dedicated manufacturers across the United States and Canada - encourages high installation standards for concrete paver systems. Our chairman and CEO is ICPI's founding chairman.
